February featured lovely indoor meetups. We had incredible turnouts for our meetups at the AGO, Eaton Centre, Union Station, and the ROM! We are so grateful for all the members in this group. Hope to see all of you at a March sketching meetup!
Demo Meetup at Union Station
The highlight of the month was our Demo Meetup for our 10th anniversary, hosted at Union Station by Sonali Praharaj. The event was popular and even attracted passers-by to sketch! Sonali began the meetup with a 20-minute demo in the Great Hall.
It was so amazing to witness urban sketchers at every corner of Union Station that afternoon — sketching the Grand Hall in all possible hues. Some members had to leave early and couldn’t be part of the group pictures. Kudos to Union Station staff, who were very accommodating!
Meetup at the AGO
What a wonderful meetup at the Art Gallery of Ontario, hosted by David Chen! There was so much positive creative energy, as well as lots of patrons and art for sketching inspiration.

Thanks everyone who came to the meetup at Eaton Centre, hosted by David Chen. There were so many wonderful sketches! Also, we had a surprising guest, John Grace from Urban Sketchers Montreal, who did a beautiful sketch.
Meetup at the ROM (Royal Ontario Museum)
Thanks to everyone who attended our meetup at the ROM’s Free Third Tuesday event hosted by Natalie Carvajal! It was a fun evening checking out the exhibits and sketching. There were wonderful sketches from all over the museum — people, exhibits, dinosaur bones — the options were endless.
