Sketching Kensington Market

Let’s take advantage of this awesome weather to sketch vibrant Kensington Market!

Colourful, gritty, bohemian, vintage, trendy…. There are many words we can say about this area that is so uniquely Toronto, but especially relevant for us, this word: sketchable.

When: Sunday, Sep 7, 2025 1-3pm

1pm - Host will be at Pera Cafe (62 Nassau Street). Optionally come and say hi before dispersing to sketch individually or in small groups depending on personal preference.

3pm - We will meet at the west corner of College and Major streets (by the Kensington Health building, and across from Fancy Frank’s - see second photo) for a throwdown and group photo.

Note: if it rains, there will be no throwdown/group photo at the end. You are still welcome to sketch anywhere in the Market of course.
