Sketching the Junction

  SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 13, 2025 | 1:00-3:00PM

Let’s keep taking advantage of this lovely end of summer weather and sketch the Junction neighbourhood! In addition to the area’s interesting buildings, cafes and stores, there is an annual Plein-Air competition hosted by the neighbourhood’s ARTiculations Art Supply store. We’re then bound to see Plein-air artists around (even be ones ourselves ), their presence giving the area special arts vibes and inspiration.

**IMPORTANT: Please note, participation in this meetup DOES NOT entail being entered in the ARTiculations Competition or inclusion in their exhibit. Please check in with the store for the competition details and registration.

1pm - host will be in front of the ARticulations store for about 10 minutes. Optionally come by and say hi before dispersing to sketch individually or in small groups per personal preference.

3pm - meet back at same place for throwdown and group photo.
